Order and Payment

Where can I check my order status?

Please log in to your account and click on “My Orders” to view the details and status of your order.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order send an e-mail to service(at)1-2-print.co.uk. Cancelling an order before you have uploaded your files is free of charge. Once you have confirmed your uploads, cancellation incurs a cancellation fee of £15. Once an order has reached the status “Prepress” it cannot be cancelled anymore.

What is your return policy?

We give our best to print the order to your specifications and provide the excellent quality our loyal customers have been coming back for. However, printing is not a perfect science and in the rare occurrence that you receive a defective order, we will promptly investigate and reprint it.

Since each order is unique and has no re-sale value, all sales are final. When you receive a product that you perceive to have a defect, contact us immediately. If no such claim is made in 5 business days of delivery we will understand that the job has been accepted.

My products have a defect. What should I do?

Please make photos of the defect and send them to service(at)1-2-print.co.uk with a description of the defect and an approximate number of how many copies are affected. A manager will contact you to provide resolution to the problem. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. In order to receive replacement you must return 100% of the product within 12 days of delivery, on your own expense. All charges related to expedite printing (rush turnaround and/or express shipping) are non-refundable, including orders that are returned for any reason. All orders returned must be shipped by the customer’s own expense.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept Sofort Banking, Visa, Master Card, PayPal, and Bank Prepayment.
